Vote Tracker Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using the Vote Tracker Discord bot or its associated services (including the dashboard and API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

Vote Tracker is a Discord bot and related web services operated by Hydra Bot that process vote events from supported bot listing platforms and provide automation features such as vote logging, statistics, reward systems, and giveaways.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the service in a lawful manner and in compliance with:

• Discord's Terms of Service
• Applicable bot listing platform rules (such as top.gg)
• All applicable laws and regulations

You may not use Vote Tracker to manipulate voting systems, artificially inflate votes, automate votes, or exploit reward systems.

4. Server Administrator Responsibility

Server administrators are responsible for how Vote Tracker is configured and used within their Discord server.

This includes any dashboard configuration, reward systems, or automation rules created using the service. Hydra Bot is not responsible for how server administrators configure or use these features.

5. Premium Features

Some features of Vote Tracker may require a paid subscription through Discord's monetization system.

Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Discord and are subject to Discord's payment policies.

6. Service Availability

Vote Tracker is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, availability, or feature continuity.

Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time.

7. Termination

Hydra Bot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Vote Tracker if the service is abused, exploited, or used in violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hydra Bot shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Privacy

Information about how data is collected and processed is described in the Privacy Policy .

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
